FAQs

The courses are available all year round. At the end of each month Primary Learning will check who has completed the courses within that month and register the hours with NESA through eTAMS.

That’s ok, the course sessions are set up in eTAMS as monthly sessions. Your accreditation of hours will be submitted to NESA at the end of the month you completed the course in.

For school groups of 10 or more teachers we can send out an invoice which can be paid by direct deposit or credit card. We still need individual teachers to have a login through our LMS (Heroica), so the school would need to complete a form (supplied by us) with names, NESA account numbers and school information for each teacher.

No. The course is broken up into lessons, and topics within those lessons. As you complete each lesson, Heroica records this information and saves where you are up to. So you can stop at any time and come back and complete the rest of the course.

Yes, Katherin is planning on releasing another set of 5 online courses related to the research that underpins the Numeracy learning progression.

Not yet! But Annette is writing a series of course with an English focus, these will be available in Term 2.

Your NESA number is essential for us to have at registration so that we can credit you with the hours with NESA through eTAMS. If you do not know your NESA number, please contact NESA prior to trying to register for any courses.
